I can highly recommend Hurricane Marine; as they performed a very large structural repair on my flats boat. I considered buying a flats boat, it had damage to the hull, and was offered at a very good price due to the damage sustained from a collision with an underwater obstruction. I contacted Hurricane Marine, and Dave offered to tag along to help me decide if the vessel and needed repairs would be worth the investment; his expert opinion made my decision worry free, and I was very glad Mr. Miller went with me. Of the things that stand out most with Hurricane Marine is the honesty and integrity by which they operate, Dave was always available during the repair and had excellent follow through after the repair was completed. Mr. Miller has excellent knowledge and ability in the high end boat repair business. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his attention to detail. His boating experience and knowledge is immeasurable, I am very happy with Hurricane Marine and the work performed.

We have used David Miller of Hurricane Marine for some of our Repairs to fiberglass and gel coat, as needed at our Boston Whaler dealership for Warranty, Retail, and in house repairs as needed. David did as requested, both in a timely manor, and to match all quotes given by Hurricane Marine. We were happy with all his gel coat and fiberglass repairs.

Thanks

I hired Hurricane Marine in 1988 to rebuild my 21 foot Galaxy I/O, it had a serious case of wood rot through out the floor, transom, and stringers. Hurricane Marine used a structural foam core, (Divinicell), in place of the traditional plywood. They removed all of the rotten wood and made all new structural components for the vessel and installed them in a timely and professional manner, they also remained at the estimated price. To this day my vessel is still on the water and as structurally sound as the day Hurricane Marine returned the vessel to me.

Hurricane Marine was a one of the sponsors of a charity fishing tournament for a local guide and business man, who suffered from and eventually died due to pancreatic cancer. Hurricane Marine donated a 500.00 dollar gift certificate towards any fiberglass repair a boat needed. The gift certificate was won by me in a raffle. I have a 21 foot Carolina Skiff which needed some attention on the bow and transom. Hurricane Marine gusseted the transom to accommodate my motor, as I had overpowered the vessel. Hurricane Marine also added an addition to the bow in order for the boat to slide on and off the trailer with out tearing up the flange and rubrail as it had been doing. Hurricane Marine will be my repair firm of choice from here on in, as the structure and cosmetics are of the highest quality.
